WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
Cleveland Party Rental accepts Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and checks. We require a cash deposit of 25% of the
cost of all items being rented.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON DAMAGED ITEMS?
If any items are damaged during the rental period, the renter
is responsible to CPR for all replacement charges.
WHAT IF I CANCEL AN ORDER?
The renter pays a 25% restocking fee on all cancelled orders.
DOES CLEVELAND PARTY RENTAL DELIVER?
Yes, we will deliver to all local venues for a minimal $12.00
delivery charge. We even deliver on weekends.
DOES CLEVELAND PARTY RENTAL PICK UP?
Yes, it is included in the initial delivery charge.
DOES CLEVELAND PARTY RENTAL OFFER INSTALLATION
AND DISMANTLING SERVICES?
Yes, for $25.00 per man, per hour. Tear down is $35.00 per
man after midnight.
DOES CLEVELAND PARTY RENTAL RENT ITEMS OUT OF STATE?
Yes, we will ship all items, with the exception of crystal
candelabras.
All shipping costs will be factored into the rental bill.
